As far as I can remember, most of the albums that came to my hands from the land of samba were at least good. "Call of Peace" is not only good. It is excellent! It made me wonder if we should stop looking for good artists in traditional Metal countries and start taking a look at the other corners of the world.
Listening to "Dark Eyes," I can presume that this would be the way that Dream Theater would sound if they had not changed so much after the release of the first album. In fact, Symphony X and Dream Theater are two bands that come to mind when you hear "Call of Peace". There are some epic elements, like the ballad "Time for the Time". This EP is a beautiful debut for this Brazilian band.
